About Me

Hi, my names Billy East. I'm 25, from Iron Acton, Bristol

I work at South Gloucestershire Council as a Business Support Officer in the 0-25 Service and have worked previously in office jobs.

My passion for photography came from a Photography course that I did with the Princes Trust back in November of 2012. My passion grew and grew, over time I have built my knowledge and skills up. Now I think of myself as a Sports Photographer, because I mainly take photos of sports and I love stopping the action mid game. 

I currently take photos of Football, Basketball, Running, Cycling, Athletics and Motocross. I hoping to cover more sports in the future.

It has been amazing time being able to grow and grow as a Sports Photographer, gaining a reputation amongst local sports clubs where I take my photos. From seeing my work, they have allowed me to take photos of their teams and use them on their Social Media sites and websites. Now I am beginning to sell my work and making money out of the hobby I so love to do.....
